Hello, I’m Mengya Hao, though many know me as Mia. I am a brand and product designer with a passion for art. I hold a Master’s degree in Graphic Branding and bring years of industry experience to my work. Now, I’m a master’s student at Carleton University, and my pathway is Digital Transformation and Entrepreneurship.

As an Innovative Designer, I have delivered user-centered solutions for global teams. I’m skilled in leading design initiatives, refining design strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-quality products. I’m also an expert in visual storytelling, enhancing user experiences and branding.

Aside from design, photography is another outlet for me to explore and connect with the world. I am proud to have my work recognized by international and domestic publications, such as New Weekly, Lens Academy, Sony, Marie Claire, and more. My photography has also been exhibited in numerous prestigious venues, including Jimei × Arles International Photo Festival, Three Shadows Xiamen Photography Art Centre, Shenzhen Sea World Culture and Arts Center, Chengdu Contemporary Image Museum, and others.
